The 2025-26 regular season continued to deliver thrilling games which ended with hard-fought wins and tough losing streaks being extended after a series of week 6 matchups. Looking into week 7, we can expect an intense four-game series for the San Diego Sabers and a couple three-game series between the Lake Tahoe Lakers vs. Long Beach Bombers and Henderson Force vs. Iron County Yeti. The San Diego Sabers will kick off their four-game series at Ontario Ice Center where they will face the Ontario Jr. Reign in Game 1 on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. They will then travel to Iceoplex Simi Valley on Friday, October 31, 2025 for Game 2 against the Ventura Vikings before traveling back to Ontario Center Ice Arena to face the Ontario Jr. Reign again. The San Diego Sabers will then close out the series on home ice on Sunday, November 2, 2025 against the Ventura Vikings.

Looking at the previous three games between the San Diego Sabers vs. Ventura Vikings, the Ventura Vikings outscored (23G vs. 6G) and outshot (198 SOG vs. 135 SOG). The Ventura Vikings also found more success on the power play (19.2% vs. 0%) and on the penalty kill (100% vs. 80.8%).

The Lake Tahoe Lakers will travel to Lakewood Ice where they will face the Long Beach Bombers for the first time during the 2025-26 regular season. These teams will play in a three-game series which will start on Friday, October 31, 2025 and end after their game on Sunday, November 2, 2025

Henderson Force will travel to KJ’s Ice Barn where they will face the Iron County Yeti for the first time during the 2025-26 regular season. These teams will play in a three-game series which will start on Friday, October 31, 2025 and end after their game on Sunday, November 2, 2025.
