Ontario Jr. Reign
The Ontario Jr. Reign’s hard-work and dedication during the regular season put them in third place of the USPHL Pacific Division standings with 72 points and a season record of 35-9-2-0. Out of their 35 wins, the Jr. Reign were able to secure five shutouts, two overtime wins, and one shootout win. The Jr. Reign started with a win against the Long Beach Bombers and ended the season with a twelve-game winning streak. The Longest winning streak that the Jr. Reign were able to maintain was their twelve-game winning streak which started on January 30, 2026 and ended on February 28, 2026 when the regular season concluded.

The Ontario Jr. Reign ended the regular season with a 26.3% power play success rate and an exceptional 87.0% penalty killing success rate. OJR won five out of six games played against VNV during the 2025-26 regular season (5-1). During their previous matchups, OJR outscored (25G vs. 13G), outshot (215 SOG vs. 174 SOG), and found more success with their special teams (22.6 PP% vs. 6.90 PP% and 93.1 PK% vs. 77.4 PK%) compared to VNV.
Ontario Jr. Reign (OJR) vs. Lake Tahoe Lakers (LTL)
OJR won all six games played against LTL during the 2025-26 regular season (6-0). During these matchups, OJR outscored (43G vs. 9G), outshot (289 SOG vs. 170 SOG) and dominated with their special teams (40.5 PP% vs. 5.71 PP% and 94.3 PK% vs. 59.5 PK%).
Ontario Jr. Reign (OJR) vs. Fresno Monsters (FRM)
OJR won two out of six games played against FRM by the end of the regular season (2-4). During these games, FRM had a slight advantage when it came to puck possession (194 SOG vs. 191 SOG) despite outscoring OJR (25 G vs 14 G). When it came to special teams, FRM found more success on the power play (20.0 PP% vs. 4.17 PP%) and on the penalty kill (95.8 PK% vs. 80/0 PK%).
Ontario Jr. Reign (OJR) vs. Henderson Force (HNF)
OJR won one out of the four games against HNF during the 2025-26 regular season (3-1) which included a shootout win on October 4, 2025. HNF had the upperhand when it came to goals scored (18G vs. 11G) despite being outshot by OJR (170 SOG vs. 157 SOG). HNF did have a slight advantage when it came to their power play success rate (25.0 PP% vs. 21.1 PP%) and penalty kill success rate (78.9 PK% vs. 75.0 PK%).
Ontario Jr. Reign (OJR) vs. San Diego Sabers (SDS)
OJR won nine out of eleven games against SDS (9-2) which included two shutouts secured on October 28, 2025 and February 21, 2026. Their success came from outscoring (54G vs. 21G), outshooting (437 SOG vs. 312 SOG), and having an advantage when it came to their special teams (28.6 PP% vs. 13.0 PP% and 87.0 PK% vs. 78.4 PK%) in comparison to SDS.
Ontario Jr. Reign (OJR) vs. Long Beach Bombers (LBB)
OJR won all six games played against LBB (6-0) which included an overtime win on November 8, 2025. During their previous matchups, OJR consistently outscored (27G vs. 15G) and outshot (273 SOG vs. 194 SOG) LBB. Despite being outscored and outshot, LBB found more success on the power play (17.6 PP% vs. 13.8 PP%) and on the penalty kill (86.2 PK% vs. 82.4 PK%) when they played against OJR.
The Ontario Jr. Reign ended the regular season strong and on a high note with their twelve-game winning streak. This momentum will benefit them as they are scheduled to play against Henderson Force in the 2026 Premier Playoffs. It is certain that the Ontario Jr. Reign will not go down without a fight as they are determined to advance to the Premier Finals for a second year in a row!
