Ventura Vikings vs. Long Beach Bombers One-Game Series

The Ventura Vikings will travel to Lakewood Ice where they will face the Long Beach Bombers on Saturday, January 17, 2026. This matchup will be the last time that these teams will play against one another during the 2025-26 regular season.
The Ventura Vikings are currently in 4th place with 44 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 22-11-0. The team’s points leader is #6 Ethan Yang (22G, 37A) who has 59 points recorded so far in this 2025-26 regular season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the Ventura Vikings are on a one-game losing streak after their seven-game winning streak came to an end against the Ontario Jr. Reign on January 10, 2026.
The Long Beach Bombers are currently in 6th place with 23 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 10-19-3. The team’s points leader is #14 Jackson Litzinger (17G, 19A) who has 36 points recorded so far during this regular season with the Long Beach Bombers. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the Long Beach Bombers are currently on a two-game losing streak after their losses against the San Diego Sabers during the week of January 9-10, 2026.
When looking at the previous three games played against one another, the Ventura Vikings won five out of six games against one another. Their victories were made possible after they outscored (35G vs. 13G) and outshot (198 SOG vs. 176 SOG). The Ventura Vikings also found more success on the power play (29.4% vs. 4.18%) and on the penalty kill (95.7% vs. 77.8%).

Henderson Force will travel to Ice Realm Carlsbad and face the San Diego Sabers in a three-game series which will start on Friday, January 16, 2026 and conclude after their matchup on Sunday, January 18, 2026. This series will be the last time that these teams will face one another during the 2025-26 regular season.

When looking at the previous three games played against one another, Henderson Force have swept the San Diego Sabers, 3-0, after they outscored (17G vs. 5G) and outshot (150 SOG vs. 82 SOG). Henderson Force also found more success on the power play (20.0% vs. 0.00%) and on the penalty kill (100% vs. 80.0%).
When comparing the stats, we can expect Henderson Force to dominate this series like they have in the past. However, we may see the San Diego Sabers playing with even more determination to secure their first win against Henderson Force.

The Fresno Monsters are on an eight-game winning streak after their successes during the Las Vegas Showcase and their three-game series against the Lake Tahoe Lakers on January 9-11, 2026.
The Ontario Jr. Reign are currently in 2nd place with 45 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 22-6-1-0. The team’s points leaders are #77 Marc Belanger (17G, 30A) who has 47 points recorded this season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the Ontario Jr. Reign are on a one-game winning streak after splitting their two-game series against the Ventura Vikings during the week of January 10-11, 2026.
The Fresno Monsters have won two out of three games against the Ontario Jr. Reign during the 2025-25 regular season. Although the Fresno Monsters outscored (11G vs. 5G) and found more success on the power play (18.2% vs. 7.69%) despite the Ontario Jr. Reign outshooting (101 SOG vs. 93 SOG) and finding success on their penalty kill (81.1% vs 9.23%).
When comparing the stats, we can expect a hard fought battle between these two teams as they have had close games in the past.
