Long Beach Bombers vs. Henderson Force Two-Game Series

Henderson Force will travel to Lakewood Ice where they will face the Long Beach Bombers for the last time during the 2025-26 regular season. These teams will play in a two-game series which will start on Thursday, January 22, 2026 and end after their matchup on Friday, January 23, 2026.
Henderson Force are currently in 1st place with 52 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 25-4-1-1. The team’s points leader is #26 Reese Hicks (27G, 25A) who has 52 points recorded so far in this 2025-26 regular season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, Henderson Force is on a nine-game winning streak which has been continuing strong since their Las Vegas Showcase run on December 17, 2025.

When looking at the three previous games that they played against one another, Henderson Force swept the Long Beach Bombers with two shutouts and one overtime win recorded. Their victories were made possible after they outscored (16G vs. 4G) and outshot (144 SOG vs. 89 SOG). Henderson Force also found more success on the power play (38.5% vs. 25.0%) and on the penalty kill (75.0% vs. 61.5%).

The Ontario Jr. Reign will play in a two-game series this week which will start on Friday, January 23, 2026 against the San Diego Sabers at Ice Realm Carlsbad. After this matchup, the team will travel back to home ice at the Ontario Center Ice Arena on Saturday, January 24, 2026 and face Henderson Force for the last time in the 2025-26 regular season.
The Ontario Jr. Reign are currently in 3rd place with 48 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 23-7-2-0. The team’s points leaders are #77 Marc Belanger (17G, 30A) who has 47 points recorded this season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the Ontario Jr. Reign are currently on a two-game losing streak after the Fresno Monsters beat them, 2-1, during their three-game series which took place on January 16-18, 2026.
The San Diego Sabers are currently in 5th place with 26 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 12-24-1-1. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the San Diego Sabers are currently on a three-game losing streak after they were swept by Henderson Force during their three-game series on January 16-18, 2026.

When looking at the previous battles between the Ontario Jr. Reign vs. San Diego Sabers, the Ontario Jr. Reign rose to the occasion and won six out of seven games during the 2025-26 regular season. The Ontario Jr. Reign’s successes were made possible after they outscored (38G vs. 16G) and outshot (266 SOG vs. 201 SOG). They also found more success on the power play (33.3% vs. 9.38%) and on the penalty kill (90.6% vs. 66.7%).
When looking at their previous three-game matchup between the Ontario Jr. Reign and Henderson Force during the 2025-26 regular season, Henderson Force are 2-1 against the Ontario Jr. Reign. These twins were made possible as Henderson Force outscored (16G vs. 10G) and found more success with their special teams (31.3 PP% vs. 26.7 PP% and 80 PK% vs. 68.8 PK%). The Ontario Jr. Reign did find more success when it came to puck possession as they outshot Henderson Force (141 SOG vs. 130 SOG).
When looking at the matchups ahead, we can expect the Ontario Jr. Reign to have the upperhand against the San Diego Sabers as they have had in the past unless the San Diego Sabers are able to muster another win like they did on November 7, 2025. We may also expect a hard-fought battle from the Ontario Jr. Reign as they are determined to gain another win against Henderson Force like they did with their shootout win on October 5, 2025.

The Ventura Vikings will travel to Gateway Ice Center where they will face the Fresno Monsters for the first time during the 2025-26 regular season. These teams will play in a three-game series which will start on Thursday, January 22, 2026 and end after their game on Saturday, January 24, 2026.
The Ventura Vikings are currently in 4th place with 44 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 22-12-0. The team’s points leader is #6 Ethan Yang (24G, 39A) who has 63 points recorded so far in this 2025-26 regular season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the Ventura Vikings are on a two-game losing streak which started on January 10, 2026 after their loss against the Ontario Jr. Reign and continued on January 17, 2026 after their loss to the Long Beach Bombers.
The Fresno Monsters are currently in 2nd place with 48 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 24-4-0. The team’s points leader is #20 Vertti Sakko (25G, 36A) who has 61 points recorded so far in this 2025-26 regular season. The Fresno Monsters are on a two-game winning streak after they won their three-game series, 2-1, against the Ontario Jr. Reign which took place on January 16-18, 2026.
Going into this matchup, the Ventura Vikings have a 22.4% power play success rate which is lower compared to the Fresno Monsters’ 25.0% powerplay success rate. Both teams have an 88% penalty kill success rate.
When looking at the matchups ahead, we can expect the Fresno Monsters to play with confidence as they enter this series with momentum from their current winning streak. We may see the Ventura Vikings playing with sheer determination to end their losing streak and gain this series win.
