Long Beach Bombers vs. San Diego Sabers Two-Game Series

The Long Beach Bombers and San Diego Sabers will face each other for the last time during the 2025-26 regular season in a two-game series. The Long Beach Bombers will kick off this series on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Ice Realm Carlsbad and end the series after their game on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Lakewood Ice. 


The Long Beach Bombers are currently in 5th place with 22 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 10-18-2. The team’s points leader is #14 Jackson Litzinger (16G, 17A) who has 33 points recorded so far during this regular season with the Long Beach Bombers. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the Long Beach Bombers are currently on a four-game winning streak after triumphantly sweeping their competition, 4-0, in the 2025 Las Vegas Showcase. 


The San Diego Sabers are currently in 6th place with 22 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 10-21-1-1. The team’s points leader is #94 Sam Bailey (12G, 26A) who has 38 points recorded so far in this 2025-26 regular season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the San Diego Sabers are currently on a two-game losing streak after splitting their 2025 Las Vegas Showcase, 2-2. 


Looking at the previous four games between the Long Beach Bombers vs. San Diego Sabers during the 2025-26 regular season, the San Diego Sabers have outscored (16G vs. 9G) and outshot (156 SOG vs. 140 SOG). The San Diego Sabers also found more success on the power play (22.7% vs. 6.67%) and on the penalty kill (93.3% vs. 77.2%).


When comparing the stats, we can expect the San Diego Sabers to have the upper hand during this two-game series as they have won three out of four games against the Long Beach Bombers. However, the Long Beach Bombers do have an opportunity to end this series strong like they did in their Game 4 win on November 29, 2025 against the San Diego Sabers. 


Ontario Jr. Reign vs. Ventura Vikings Two-Game Series

The Ventura Vikings and Ontario Jr. Reign will face one another in a two-game series which will start on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Iceoplex Simi Valley and end on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Ontario Center Ice Arena. This will be the fourth and fifth time that these two teams will face one another during this 2025-26 regular season. 


The Ontario Jr. Reign are currently in 1st place with 43 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 21-5-1-0. The team’s points leaders are #77 Marc Belanger (17G, 29A) who has 46 points recorded this season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the Ontario Jr. Reign are on a two-game winning streak after ending their 2025 Las Vegas Showcase, 3-1. 


The Ventura Vikings are currently in 2nd place with 42 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 21-10-0. The team’s points leader is #6 Ethan Yang (21G, 36A) who has 57 points recorded so far in this 2025-26 regular season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the Ventura Vikings are on a six-game winning streak after adding a 4-0 sweep during their 2025 Las Vegas Showcase run onto their previous two-game winning streak. 


Looking at the previous three games between the Ventura Vikings vs. Ontario Jr. Reign during the 2025-26 regular season, the Ontario Jr. Reign won all three games after they outscored (14G vs. 5G) and outshot (115 SOG vs. 90 SOG). The Ontario Jr. Reign also found more success on the power play (12.5% vs. 0.00%) and on the penalty kill (100% vs. 87.5%).


When comparing the stats, we can expect a hard-fought battle between the Ventura Vikings and Ontario Jr. Reign as the Ventura Vikings are eager to gain their first win against the Ontario Jr. Reign in order to extend their winning streak.


Lake Tahoe Lakers vs. Fresno Monsters Three-Game Series

The Lake Tahoe Lakers will travel to the Gateway Ice Center where they will face the Fresno Monsters for the last time during the 2025-26 regular season in a three-game series. This series will start on Thursday, January 8, 2026 and end after their matchup on Saturday, January 10, 2026. 


The Fresno Monsters are currently in 4th place with 26 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 13-2-0. The team’s points leader is #21 Brian Erte (16G, 32A) who has 48 points recorded so far in this 2025-26 regular season. The Fresno Monsters are on a five-game winning streak after sweeping, 4-0, in their Las Vegas Showcase run in addition to their previous one-game winning streak. 


The Lake Tahoe Lakers are currently in 6th place with 11 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 5-17-1. The team’s points leader is #15 Carver Alford (12G, 17A) who has 29 points recorded in this season. The Lake Tahoe Lakers are on a one-game winning streak after ending their 2025 Las Vegas Showcase, 3-1. 


When looking at the previous three games played against one another, the Fresno Monsters swept the Lake Tahoe Lakers, 3-0, after they outscored (32G vs. 4G) and outshot (159 SOG vs. 95 SOG). The Fresno Monsters also found more success on the power play (33.3% vs. 18.2%) and on the penalty kill (81.8% vs. 66.7%).


When comparing the stats, we can expect the Fresno Monsters to dominate this series like they have in the past. However, we may see the Lake Tahoe Lakers playing with vengeance as they are eager to gain their first win against the Fresno Monsters during this 2025-26 regular season. 


Iron County Yeti vs. Henderson Force Three-Game Series

The Iron County Yeti will travel to the America First Center where they will face Henderson Force for the last time during the 2025-26 regular season. This three-game series will begin on Friday, January 9, 2026 and end after their game on Sunday, January 11, 2026. 


Henderson Force are currently in 3rd place with 40 points in the Pacific division and have a season record of 19-4-1-1. The team’s points leader is #26 Reese Hicks (21G, 19A) who has 40 points recorded so far in this 2025-26 regular season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, Henderson Force is on a three-game winning streak after ending their 2025 Las Vegas Showcase, 3-1. 


The Iron County Yeti are currently in 5th place with 20 points in the Northwest division and have a season record of 10-13-0. The team’s points leader is #17 Marek Trefil (24G, 14A) who has 38 points recorded so far in this 2025-26 regular season. In regards to winning/losing streaks, the Iron County Yeti are currently on a six-game losing streak. 


When looking at the previous three games played against one another, Henderson Force swept the Iron County Yeti, 3-0, after they outscored (25G vs. 3G) and outshot (152 SOG vs. 73 SOG). Henderson Force also found more success on the power play (24.0% vs. 16.7%) and on the penalty kill (83.3% vs. 75.0%).


When comparing the stats, we can expect Henderson Force to dominate this series like they have in the past. However, we may see a spark in the Iron County Yeti’s play as they are determined to end their losing streak and gain their first win against Henderson Force.
